  1. Urip Sedyowidodo is a Director of Bakrie Learning Centre, Bakrie School of Management, with more than 22 years working experience in various Human Resources Management & Learning Centre fields.
  2. He has strong knowledge and extensive experiences in numerous management and HR areas such as HR Score Card and also Balance Score Card as management tools. Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Training & Development, Job Analysis, Job Evaluation, Performance Management, Talent Management, Assessment Centre, and Remuneration (Compensation and Benefits), Personnel Adm. & Procedures, Career and Succession Plans, HR Information System, Industrial Relations, and Employee Option Survey.
  3. He has involved in dealing with Labour Union under company restructuring.
  4. Currently advising and promoting the new concept of Talent Based Human Resources Management and Consutancy based Training.
